About This Pipe
The last partially sandblasted Horn we received from Tonni Nielsen was something of the antithesis of this one. Where that one used curves to evoke a sleek, modernist aesthetic, this one makes use of crisply separated flanks to create something of an architectural effect. Where that one was defined by a distinct, single taper, this one makes use of succinct flare. And on a more tangible note, where that one was sandblasted, this one is smooth, and vice-versa. The point, then? Well, it's that Tonni can knock out a modernist rendition thoroughly steeped in sleekness as well as he can a Danish classic with no shortage of character. He can do it with his signature penchant for organic accents, too, as evidenced by this Horn's tasteful use of buckeye burl.
