About This Pipe
Though not quite as common as his Billiard shapes, for example, Michael Parks can really turn out some great Apple-family shapes when the fancy strikes — from classy arrow-straight, streamlined numbers, to low-slung, squat interpretations like this Tadpole Prince variation. It's both sinuous and lithe as it stretches out from rim to bit along a subtle S-curve. This particular example is finished in one of Michael's craggiest blasts — leaving behind deep canyons of ring grain.
