About This Pipe
This is an especially clean-lined and modern take on the Bulldog shape, but that is not what makes it a signature Werner Mummert pipe. The high-set rim and surrounding double-beadlines aren't exactly out there for Mummert either, though they do suit the ultra-sharp geometry at play quite well. Indeed, what makes this a particularly Werner-esque composition is the wild, multicolored finish it wears: a swirled, tie-dye pattern, which would be considered wild even for an already eccentric pipemaker like Chris Askwith.
