About This Pipe

If you've ever looked at a Dunhill Group 1 and thought it too big, and too stodgy and old-fashioned for your liking, Hiroyuki Tokutomi appears to have hit upon a solution; what is quite readily one of the most diminutive briars I've ever handled, and rendered in refined and complex Japanese-artisan style at that. A gorgeous, perfectly-shaped dark cumberland stem, two knuckles of dusky bamboo, a pair of pale ivory accents, and a lively, ring-grained freehand-Dublin bowl are here all packed into less than 4 1/4" of length. As cliche as it may sound, good things, and, in this case, beautiful things, do come in small packages.
