About This Pipe
After ending their tenure at Castello, Giuseppe Ascorti and Luigi Radice established Caminetto during the late 1960s, determined to forge their own path in the industry. Today, Caminetto's legacy continues, the brand's unique style being instrumental in the development of modern Italian pipe design. A prime example of the workshop's craftsmanship is this "Moustache" stamped bent Brandy. The design showcases neoclassic proportions, featuring a plump, tapered bowl at the front, complemented by a comparatively slender shank and stem. The shank is a sturdy piece of briar that slightly flares at the junction, where it meets a slender, tapered acrylic stem. The stummel features a light rustication, adding a rich tactile quality to its warm, ruddy stain.
