Smooth Bent Billiard with Mammoth Tobacco Pipe

This bent Billiard reveals the typical Danish approach to the traditional design: The lines are soft, and instead of perfectly upright, the bowl's walls taper slightly toward the rim, hinting at the Brandy shape. For this piece, Bay fitted the robust bowl to a substantial bend — not quite of Oom Paul depth, but well enough to promote a comfortable smoking posture given the bowl's mass. Distinctive cheeking marks the transition and visually separates the bowl from the rest of the design, and it houses a generous chamber for long-lasting smoking sessions. Dressed in a reserved stain, the briar reveals swirling grain patterns, and the shank features a dark mammoth accent elevated by golden streaks throughout for visual appeal.
