This iteration wears jet-black, low-profile sandblast to accentuate tight stacks of growth rings climbing the bowl, and is further elevated by a broad band of silver at the shank end.

Immediately recognizable as a Former from across the room, it displays a plumpness that runs low, giving it a streamlined aesthetic that makes me think it is eager to go places.
