Smooth Bent Egg Tobacco Pipe

While Tom has done a number of bent Egg shapes in the past, most have been deeply rounded, sinuously curved numbers. This variation on the design represents a marked difference, tall and tapered with a slight cant to its rim. The tight-knit transition and swiftly upturned shank give a sense of poise in profile, and lead naturally to the long, smooth taper of the stem, with its backward-flicking gesture. The piece is rounded in flame grain, brought out through a dark contrast stain that's as classic as they come.
