About This Pipe
This bent Brandy from Jess Chonowitsch is fairly full-bodied as far as substance goes, but it's certainly not a form I'd consider substantial. Indeed, its pleasant sense of round muscularity is well in keeping with Jess's approach to the form, seeming to belie its compact overall disposition. Jess has lent the composition a handsome, dark sandblast, accentuating a fantastic spread of blasted rings, complemented by a touch of smooth, rich red walnut stain at the rim. Finished with a sprightly upward-flicking saddle bit, it's sure to make for a faithful gem of a smoker.
