About This Pipe
We've seen this exact same color palette from Micah "Yeti" Cryder before on a previously received pipe, and it's one that readily professes the American's proclivity toward more vivid hues and use of bakelite as a stem material. The shapes are similar too: gently sweeping, rounded, Tomato/Acorn designs, both displaying a softly domed stem base that continues the lines of the shank. This Tomato example, however, is more compact and features a lower-set waistline for broader substance. It fits in well to Cryder's many nosewarmer designs — perfect for convenient and comfortable smoking sessions yet not sacrificing on stellar craftsmanship and individual aesthetic. Dressed in a dark-stained sandblast, the briar's natural grain patterns ripple upward into the peaking plateau along the rim, like a silent splash of water. Contrasting the dark stummel, then, are a pale ring of boxwood and vivid bakelite stem of stunning cobalt blue.
