Following the contours of the shape, short streaks of flame grain wrap like fence posts around the diminutive walls of the slightly canted bowl. It may seem like a cumbersome pipe to hold, by the looks of the extra wide shank, but the bowl's orientation allows the fingers to wrap comfortably around its smooth form.
