I ordered both the Savenelli and the Czech pipe tool. Although the Savenelli is of poor construction. It's loose and held together with on small diameter rivet with little bearing surface. Stamped metal with no makers marks. It's not stamped anywhere but I'm sure it's made in China. Don't buy it, the Czech pipe tool is superior in every way....Read More

The tools themselves are solid, stainless steel - not just coated to look shiny. There's a latex rubber gasket sandwiched between each, and it's riveted to a brass cylinder. It's very sturdy and compact - but I don't use them this way. I keep my pipe tools loose on a key chain. My only complaint here was that this number was harder to cut apart than the cheaper Czech option, almost a joke. I intend to buy more of these....Read More

Most Czech pipe tools are stamped out of crummy sheet metal and fastened with a cheap rivet. This Savinelli pipe tool has a nice satin finish and the swivel has bushings, so it feels smooth. I highly recommend this tool.
