h was my main worry, so I’m very pleased there. One issue that has come up, is that the tamper has become loose and will slip out very easily. There should really be a better internal mechanism to hold it in, or a magnet....Read More

Seems like a good lighter. I only had it for a month till TSA confiscated it because it looks like a torch lighter.

. I can hear the gas and see the faint spark but no luck. Probably would have continued using more than my old boy if not for its failure.

I give it a 3 rating because the pipe was fantastic but I think I happened across one of the few bad ones in the bunch....Read More

Secondly, the flame adjustment was low even at full throttle. I found it necessary to remove the base of the lighter to move the adjustment screw over the stop so that I could adjust the flame to a greater flame. It works fine now. As a side note, I found that standard butane refills (typically bought at convenient marts) to have a filling spot too large for this lighter. I was required to find an alternative source of butane with the required narrow fill tube that fit this lighter's inlet valve. Having said all this, I find this lighter to now be very good, so far. I even purchased a couple more....Read More

. The flame adjustment is either small or Roman Candle, no in between. When it lights, the flame bounces from low to high to low, pulsating flow. The tamper tool was machined incorrectly where the fit was super tight and now very loose, not that I use it, but if I bought it planning on using it, I’d be disappointed. Smoking Pipes stood up and gave me credit which was a solid move and the right move. I’ve since purchased several items from them and been happy to be a customer....Read More
