Lighters - Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Pipe Lighter
Excellent but for one flaw
I’ve been very much enjoying this lighter gifted to me several months ago. The angled tip and soft flame are excellent. I’ve had a few moments of requiring multiple clicks to light, but usually it lights up with one click. I smoke about 3 pipes a day, and don’t find I need to refill very often, which was my main worry, so I’m very pleased there. One issue that has come up, is that the tamper has become loose and will slip out very easily. There should really be a better internal mechanism to hold it in, or a magnet.

Vauen - Mamba (5537) (9mm)
Very Nice Pipe, Need Another
Perfect draw, great hand-feel, lovely finish. Break in is tasting better than any other pipe I’ve had.

Orlik - Golden Sliced 100g
Desert Island Stuff
…and the stuff dreams are made of. Smokes great, unreal flavor. Always keep some handy.

Cornell & Diehl - From Beyond 2oz
More like this, please!
Absolutely love the mellow funk. More of this, please!

Arango - Balkan Supreme
Kinda okay, but burnt plastic after-smell
Having some issues lighting up without bitter taste. Tastes okay for a while but eventually I just want to stop. Room (and beard) are left with an awful burnt plastic kind of smell. I’ve had this blend before and it was okay. Maybe this batch is weird, as I noticed another recent review mentioning the plastic thing. I’ll put it away for a while and see what happens. Review Update: I’ll have to keep coming back to this one. Letting it dry a bit more than I normally would has helped the first quarter of the bowl taste better. I think it also agrees well with a charcoal filter. Room note still pretty odd to me. I’ll review again after a few more months.
