ing Prince Albert for the first couple of weeks. My older brother found out that I was smoking a pipe and bought me a pound of lane BCA and gave it to me in a glass tobacco jar for Christmas. I fell in love with the blend immediately and try to always keep some around. It’s good by itself, although I’ve never been able to really tell exactly what I’m tasting. Sometimes I get notes of vanilla and sometimes amaretto, sometimes something boozy like a Brandy. The trick with this tobacco is to give it a good charring light and then let it go out for a few minutes until the tobacco stiffens up and dries a little bit. And then re-light and puff slowly. My daily smoke is the original old Joe Krantz. Once in a while I will mix about 10 to 15% BCA into some old Joe Krants if I’m getting flavor fatigue. It adds a little bit of sweetness to old Joe that is very pleasant....Read More

And it was still too moist to keep lit. Many relights, as in too many.
Yes it smells good in the bag and in the smoke. Wife loves the smell. Unfortunately, it leaves a goopy mess behind.
The only taste that is overpowering is that damn PG. Why do they have to use that crap? Can't they just dry out some vanilla beans and crush them into the Cavendish?
Seriously, I have almost given up on aromatics altogether, save for a select few. Nutty Irishman is one of them, along with War Horse Bar if you can find it, and the We Three Kings is a superb choice. The only other one I can tolerate is original Borkum Riff. I don't detect any PG in those.
That being said, I will stick with English blends, dark fired Kentucky, and pure Latakia....Read More

Smells and tastes like Autumn Evening, difference is this one is hard to light and needs a lot of re-lights. Used it for blending and worked fine.
