Gladora - Pesse Canoe Latakia Flake 40 50g
Nice Latakia Flake
Rich, milky Latakia blend, very enjoyable. 1 point off due to signs of mold on some flakes, but generally fine.
Gladora - Pesse Canoe Oriental Flake 50g
Heavily Molded
Ordered this tin on 31st of March. Opened it today and saw white mold covers all 4 corners of all flakes. Have to throw it away. Didn't have a chance to smoke a bowl. Inside the tin it smells good though.

Light Latakia
This is a good English blend, sweet and milky for sure. But it's too light for me. Should be good for people who don't like heavy Latakia smell.

Nice and Sweet
Takes some effort to light up. Other than that, it's a good quality blend. Burns easy and cool, tastes sweet with the milky texture of Latakia. Overall great blend.
Rivertown Tobacco Works - Mystic Moor
Good Everyday English Blend
Easy to light, burns cool, very tasty English blend. Given the price this is good for everyday smoke.

Good for Blending
This tobacco smokes dry and bland, so it's not a good idea to smoke it on its own. But this also makes it a good blending material. It won't interfere with other blending ingredients and will provide the hints of Virginias and also serve as a pH buffer. Tried it with Burley, DFK, Latakia, Oriental and Perique, all worked out fine.
Cornell & Diehl - White Burley
Good for Blending
Smells like chocolate. Burns well and can overheat. Smoke on the alkaline side, so it's better blend with Virginias. Blend 1 part of this White Burley and 3 parts of a pure Virginia, the result smokes like the renowned Briar Fox. Overall great blending material, not so good on its own.

Try Deertongue
This is one of the very few blends available nowadays with deertongue in it. Smokes great. Some suggests that the DT might ghost the pipe, in my experience no, it did not ghost my pipe. And it tastes good. Worth the money.
Drucquer & Sons - Rule Britannia 100g
Nothing Special but Nice
Smoke is clear and tangy, with hints of citrus. It's a nice English blend and provides an enjoyable smoking experience. Overall it's a 5, I take 0.5 off because there's nothing special in this blend that makes it stands out.
Cornell & Diehl - Latakia
Very Good Latakia
Good to smoke on its own, leather, milk w/ a little bit of sweet. Needs a few re-lights, burns neutral and will not bite. Good for blending. My opinion may be biased as I'm a heavy Latakia lover.
Cornell & Diehl - Granulated Perique
A Versatile Tobacco. Love It.
0.5 star off because it smells like s**t before lighting. Light it up, then everything is good. Taste creamy and sweet, remind me of Orlik Golden Slice (of course, it's a VaPer blend). Iconic spicy smell of Perique. Good to smoke on its own, balanced pH, burns cool and slow. A good blending material for sure. Overall great.

Great Blending
Exhibit the iconic salty milk tea flavor of Orientals. Good to smoke on itself, burns dry and alkaline. Pair with Virginia to balance the alkalinity. Wonderful blending material.

One of My Favorite
This is a perfect English blend. It burns cool, shows the iconic milky flavor of Latakia clearly, taste smooth and sweet with note of citrus. My world is quiet when I smoke this blend. The only thing to complain: I need to wash my hand every time after rubbing out the flake. Please make a 16oz tin.

Salty Milk Tea
It takes some effort to light, and needs a few re-lights. Other than that, everything is perfect. It feels like drinking a smooth salty and sweet milk tea, with hint of citrus showing up once in a while. Box is not air tight but humidity is ok. It's like a more exotic version of Quiet Night.
Cornell & Diehl - Dark Fired Kentucky
Good Blending
Very smoky when lighting. If smoked slowly, it's very sweet, with spicy and smoky note. It's ok to smoke directly. When smoked directly, its alkalinity bites w/ bitter taste. It's better to blend with Virginia to neutralize the alkalinity. A good blending component.
Lane Limited - BCA
Good for Blending
Smells and tastes like Autumn Evening, difference is this one is hard to light and needs a lot of re-lights. Used it for blending and worked fine.
Balkan Sasieni - Balkan Sasieni 50g
Salty Citrus
Typical balkan blend smell. Takes some effort to light, first 1/3 bowl can burn hot, but after that, it's salty citrus all the way to the bottom. Could be better after aging, very enjoyable blend.
Daughters & Ryan - Three Sails
Good for RYO
Rolled it and shared with friends, now they start to buy it. Will keep buying when available for RYO. Update: put it into a thick-walled morta pipe, it lights super easy but burns really hot (as expected due to its physical property), tastes sweet though, good for blending.
Half and Half - Half and Half 1.5oz
Hot Chocolate
Light chocolate flavor, burns really hot, must smoke really slow to avoid bites, need a lot of re-lighting. Tried it with RYO, no luck. Won't buy again.
Cornell & Diehl - Autumn Evening 2oz
Best Aromatic So Far
Smells like a candy from childhood. Lights easily and burns cool, easy to smoke and the aroma lasts from start to finish. I'm a fan of English blends but this is the best aromatic I've tried so far.
Cornell & Diehl - Haunted Bookshop 2oz
Must Pair with Coffee
Open up the tin there is strong chocolate smell. Light up, smoke is very strong and burley covers almost everything else. If smoke slow enough I can still feel some chocolate note. Take some iced coffee, chocolate taste back again. Easy to light and easy to smoke.
