About This Pipe Tobacco

For C&D's Black Frigate, Latakia and Turkish are added to the Navy Cavendish which forms the base for Blockade Runner (Virginias soaked and aged in Rum) to produce a true Royal Navy blend. Pressed and cut into an old fashioned crumble cake.

As soon as I opened up the tin, it was love at first smell and I only hoped it tasted as delicious as it smelt ! Twas a rich English smell with the Latika and Turkish complementing each other beautifully, as well as a tad of the boozy smell from the Virginias being soaked in rum. Id 100% recommend it to a good friend or family, it's nice from later afternoon to bed time or if you're like me it'll also be great as an all day English.. lol. Pick some up today!!!!...Read More

I’ve been searching for the blend that speaks to me. Immediately I knew I’d finally found it. The cut, tin note, texture, and notes. The ease in imagining myself on the deck of a wooden ship, taking in the same scents. Smoking at the rail, staring out at the endless night. Smelling salt, the charred torches burning.
