Smooth Pot with Horn Tobacco Pipe

I have seen a few Danish inspired pots from Hiroyuki Tokutomi before, but this sitter is more evocative of the North American school and is a nose warmer (I'd say that a length of roughly 4.25" would qualify as a nose warmer, wouldn't you?). The grain ranges from solid on the left of the bowl to breathtaking on the right, and the rim is a virtual aviary of pinpoint birdseye. The bengal stain, handsome horn mount and Cumberland bit are complementary to the point of being a mutual admiration society, and the totality of the composition is very charming.
