Rusticated Apple Tobacco Pipe

Henri Sorensen always appreciated old-school craftsmanship, and like many pipe makers, he began his journey as a simple smoker. Henri originally got into the world of pipe making as a glazier, eventually crafting his own pieces with the guidance of some of Denmark's prolific artisans, such as Tom Eltang, Erick Nielsen, and Lasse Skovgaard. Coming in at just under five inches in length, this Apple's compact size ensures comfortable hands-free smoking and easy portability. The bowl's supple curves and texture-rich rustication offer a satisfying feel in hand. This piece is a stable Sitter thanks to the paneling on the underside of the stummel, making it the ideal everyday pipe for multitaskers. Out back, the saddle stem is made of cultured amber, its warm complexion mirrored at the rim and accent band along the junction. The stummel wears a dark, craggy rustication that consists of stylized, dimpled grooves that evoke the look of scales.
