Smooth Hawk's Egg Tobacco Pipe

From fully rounded, Ball-like renditions to those that sit upright, from trim, rounded shanks to crisply paneled, diamond ones, Silver Gray's Hawkbill iterations come in a variety that can only be described as impressive. It's a shape with Italian roots yet isn't seen very often outside of Italian marques, making Silver's artisan pieces all the more standout. Each one displays the characteristic, arcing shank and stem combination and tight-knit transition, but Gray fashions them all with a sense of individuality and subtle difference. This particular Hawk's Egg pairs a diamond shank with a more slender bowl, tapering from the waistline toward both heel and rim, the supple curves contrasting against the shank's rigidity for a stark, visual juxtaposition.
