Partially Sandblasted Volcano with Horn Tobacco Pipe

Peter Heding's Volcano shapes are always handsome, with the supple roundness of their bases, the forward cant of their bowls, and the upward kick of their shanks. This one stands a touch shorter than others we've seen, its bowl more squat overall, giving it a sleek appearance. The inclusion of a crisp, dark sandblast is a nice touch, too, contrasted against both a smooth-polished rim and a horn mount, the latter in smoky tones that really pop against the darker palette.
