About This Pipe
Plump and beautiful, this Former Apple is a bunch of perfect curves, short proportions, gorgeous briar, and warm, deep contrast rolled up into one sub-5" package. Well, all that and some fair amount of sterling silver too, lending a cooler, brighter element that makes the composition as a whole fresher and livelier. While Former does produce real knockouts of a more freehand vein, typically when I think of his work what I picture is something like this — a Danish interpretation of a classic, made as good as they get.
