Smooth Bent Apple (CCC) Tobacco Pipe

One of Italy's finest pipe makers, Claudio Cavicchi, has carved pipes for over 40 years. Known for his mastery of grain, Cavicchi produces a wide array of shapes, each showcasing striking patterns rendered in his signature smooth or sandblasted finishes. This bent CCC-graded Apple displays clear Italian influence, replete with robust proportions all throughout the stummel. The bowl sits with a gestural forward cant, imbuing the rest of the profile with a soft, languid bend throughout. This organic, free-flowing shaping is also seen in the rim, taking on a wavy form that is the perfect canvas for the rim's sea of swirling bridseye. The robust shank tapers ever-so-slightly before reaching the base of an abbreviated saddle stem of jet-black acrylic. The stummel is finished in a honey blonde stain, highlighting tendrils of flame grain through the bowl's flanks and a sea of birdseye along the rim and underside.
