Alba (69) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

The "69" bent Billiard is among Rattray's largest bent Billiard renditions, offering the classic shape in bold, deep-chambered form. The bowl stands pert and upright at the end of the shank, conforming well to wrapped fingers, and the easy transition makes for a comfortable thumb rest. Though not fully bent, the shank-and-stem combination presents a sinuous S-curve that balances the bowl's mass and promotes a natural, hands-free smoking posture, and it accommodates a 9mm filter.

Named for the Gaelic word for the Scottish homeland, Rattray's Alba series celebrates the brand's Caledonian heritage with a single finish across a variety of classic shapes. They're united by a dark, smooth finish, highlighting the briar's grain beneath, and the dark palette is elegantly refined by a neatly beadlined metallic accent. A cumberland-toned acrylic stem matches the lighter stain of the rim and completes the aesthetic for a classy and timeless motif inspired by pipes from the mid-20th century.
