President Boardroom (Rock Maple Inserts) Tobacco Pipe

The President series is a line of bent Dublins, offered in a variety of finishes and corresponding to the shape most preferred by company founder Roy Brigham's son, Herb Brigham. It's one of Brigham's most prestigious series and features plateau-crowned briar shaped in a reserved Freehand style. Each of the finishes is named for a locale where you're likely to find a person of means and status, with the Boardroom's natural, smooth stain presented here.

Savinelli's Autograph series is replete with unique silhouettes carved by the marque's top artisans, allowing for more unique, creative shaping that deviates from their standard shape chart. This bent Apple is one such piece, featuring a particularly robust bowl paired to a short, cylindrical shank and a gracefully downturned stem. The stummel showcases a wealth of lovely grain, which has been dressed in a smooth, lustrous, honey-blonde finish. With its capacious chamber and gracefully bent stem, this offering is well-suited for long, laid-back smoking sessions.

Like all of Brigham's lineup, this pipe also comes complete with the marque's signature Rock Maple Insert. This special insert comprises a rock maple dowel drilled with a 3.5mm airway and pressure-fitted in the tenon via a special metal cap, helping to remove moisture and unpleasant flavors that develop during the smoking process. No chemicals or adhesives are used to manufacture Brigham's Rock Maple Inserts, ensuring a flavor-neutral profile that doesn't interfere with the tobacco. Moreover, because of the drilling, the Rock Maple Insert is able to pass a pipe cleaner, even while the pipe is still assembled.
