Algonquin (209) (Rock Maple Inserts) Tobacco Pipe

Brigham pipes are known and loved for their classic style and hearty proportions, exemplified by the Canadian marque's "09" Apple design. An archetypal rendition, the bowl is plump and curvaceous, resting on a pronounced heel at the fore of a comparatively slim round shank, while a jet-black tapered stem offers a comfortable clench out back.

The Algonquin series draws inspiration from Canada's Algonquin Provincial Park and the calming serenity of nature. Using Brigham's highest-quality briar, the Algonquin series dresses pipes in a vivid chestnut smooth finish, showcasing a fetching array of grain. Offered in 12 different shapes, the Algonquin series exudes traditional appeal, and each pipe would make a fine addition to any smoker's regular rotation.

Like all of Brigham's lineup, this pipe also comes complete with the marque's signature Rock Maple Insert. This special insert comprises a rock maple dowel drilled with a 3.5mm airway and pressure-fitted in the tenon via a special metal cap, helping to remove moisture and unpleasant flavors that develop during the smoking process. No chemicals or adhesives are used to manufacture Brigham's Rock Maple Inserts, ensuring a flavor-neutral profile that doesn't interfere with the tobacco. Moreover, because of the drilling, the Rock Maple Insert is able to pass a pipe cleaner, even while the pipe is still assembled.
