Smooth Asymmetric Bent Apple with Boxwood (301) Tobacco Pipe

As much as I try not to use any form of the word adorable, I can't deny that it applies to the chubby, compact, and neatly rounded nature of this Shalosky briar, both visually and as regards the sense you get from it in hand. It was none other than Lars Ivarsson who once told Sykes that his ideal, when it came to shaping, was a pipe that would make you want to pick it up and cuddle it "like a hamster." I haven't quite resorted to that (yet), but I can see how one can definitely be tempted by what Bill has created here.
