About This Cigar
Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. continues the Carrillo family's Cuban cigar-making legacy, following in the footsteps of his father, who established a Cuban cigar factory in 1948 before later moving to Miami. Handmade in the Dominican Republic at the Carrillos' factory and utilizing Nicaraguan fillers and binder, the Casa Carrillo New Wave Connecticut is a modern reimagining of Connecticut-wrapped cigars. It showcases an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, but instead of the typically mellow flavor profile characteristic of such cigars, the New Wave Connecticut combines a sense of richness with a spicy kick, merging creamy sweetness with hints of pepper for a complex and nuanced smoke.

bitter which is good and the flavour was ok, it just wasn't remarkable.
- There are just more exciting Connecticuts out there - AJ Fernandez New World, My Father, Perdomo have a bunch and even the Aroma de Cuba.
Would I smoke it again? Yes. Would I buy a box? At this stage, I don't think so. I will give the other one I have some more time to age in the humidor and revisit it at a later time....Read More

I had a really bad experience with this. The band was loose and crooked first of all. Then the whole stick was just bitter and harsh from start to finish. I've only experienced this from cheap sticks. Bit what I expected at all. I can't recommend it

我也是个新手。我灰完这支茄的感觉是满口可可香，不辣口对新手友好。可惜的是我总共买了两支还掉了一支。有机会还会复购。本来该打5星的不知道怎么回事。
