A really nice cigar
This surprised me and was smoother and more progressive than I expected. I understand why Cigar Aficionado gave it a great rating. Definitely worth buying a box.

Not a bad stick, not amazing either.
The good: - Construction was good - The burn was exceptional - Excellent amount of smoke production - Very well priced - Great draw for a Corona, which sometimes can be a little tight - Surprisingly longer smoking time than I expected Why only 3.5 stars then? - It wasn't bitter which is good and the flavour was ok, it just wasn't remarkable. - There are just more exciting Connecticuts out there - AJ Fernandez New World, My Father, Perdomo have a bunch and even the Aroma de Cuba. Would I smoke it again? Yes. Would I buy a box? At this stage, I don't think so. I will give the other one I have some more time to age in the humidor and revisit it at a later time.

Really surprised me
I love Prensados, ALR 2 and Aging Room Quattros, but have recently been trying Connecticuts. This is a great early morning cigar to pair with a cappuccino. It is sweet on the lips, which I did not know when I bought it. It provided a pleasant experience and definitely deserves a place in your humidor. It is different to anything I have smoked before and had a great construction and burn with a lot of smoke.

Nice mild smoke for the mornings
As to be expected from any cigar that comes from the My Father factories, the construction is impeccable with a draw that’s just right. It had a nice burn and solid ash. A nice hay smell upon taking it out of the wrapper. A more mild smoke which is to be expected with the Connecticut wrapper. Great with a cappuccino in the morning. Some white pepper, hay, mild spice, creaminess and nutty flavours to this cigar. Gentle draws produce more flavour with sweet tones. It is very mild on your throat and an excellent beginners smoke for an introduction into cigars or at the start of the day.
