Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. continues the Carrillo family's Cuban cigar-making legacy, following in the footsteps of his father, who established a Cuban cigar factory in 1948 before later moving to Miami. Released in 2024, the brand's Maduro cigar is the second release in Casa Carrillo's Essence Series, a series that will come to encompass six distinct blends, all contained within elegant, modern packaging. Blend-wise, the Casa Carrillo Maduro cigar boasts Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper overtop a Honduran binder and Nicaraguan fillers.
