A minimalist, no-nonsense pipe reamer from Japan's premier pipe factory Tsuge, this T-handle No.21 design reams a chamber to a 21mm (roughly 0.83") diameter and comes complete with its own protective sleeve.

I actually like using these on my meerschaums as there is some feedback provided through holding the reamer in your hand. You can really feel the difference when you get that last bit of cake buildup off the meerschaum so you know exactly when to stop. Keep the reamer stationary in one hand and use the other hand to VERY slowly turn the pipe around. Doing it this way gives you more control and finesse than turning the t-handle.
