Apostate - The Feathered Serpent Petite Corona
So Close to a Nice Smoke
I found the Feathered Serpent petit corona to be a very tasty cigar with a pleasant draw and an even burn EXCEPT for the cracked wrapper in the middle. After a few weeks in my humidor, I took out this cigar to finally give it a try, only to find a large crack in the wrapper. I decided to smoke it anyway and see what happened. Really had to tend to the cigar for most of the session, but once past the flaw everything evened out and I was able to savor the flavor and finally enjoy an even burn. I will try a couple more of these and see if the wrapper integrity is sound before giving up on it.
