Affectionately referred to as a "Driving Scottie" by the carver herself, this offering from the American carver features one of her iconic, stainless steel reinforced pencil shanks but in a shorter, lightweight style to encourage hands free smoking, such as while driving. With a rather diminutive bowl, this piece flaunts a whimsical profile thanks to its jauntily flared bowl and subtle cant. It sits sturdily if need be, though is lightweight enough to be comfortably clenched, and wears an understated sandblast, paired to a deep, dark blue vulcanite stem. Lovely work once again from the talented American carver who never fails to impress.
