Smooth Author Tobacco Pipe

The Author is a shape I usually associate with larger pipes. We often refer to it as a "comfort pipe" — implying a sturdy feel in hand, as well as thick chamber walls. Here, however, Scottie has managed to achieve "comfort pipe" feel in a rather compact design. At less than 5 inches in length, it fits the hand quite neatly, while also being easy enough to slip into a jacket pocket. The finish here is nothing to overlook, either — a warm, red walnut stain for the stummel, paired to a vulcanite mouthpiece in brindled blue, transitioning to a bright green near the button.
