About This Pipe
Hearkening back to clay pipes of old, this Cutty shape is the first of its kind we've seen from the ever-impressive Scottie Piersel. Sure, we've seen some canted Belge-like forms, but never one which combines that characteristic foot at the heel with a rounded, subtly-flaring and forward-canted bowl. Lending it a very warm crimson sandblast, smooth-finished birdseye-adorned rim and simple jet-black stem was the perfect touch, as was the slim creamy wafer-thin accent tying it all together. Highly recommended.
