About This Pipe
A lengthy and willowy Apple from Michael Parks, this is a fairly long piece, given its 6.24-inch length in conjunction with a relatively diminutive bowl. That bowl possesses organic curvature appropriate for the Apple shape, with an arcing and lifting heel and distinct curvature to the rim, which is flat and terminates the vertical height admirably. The transition is somewhat soft and curvaceous, though it maintains the definition of the bowl's shape quite well. A long, cylindrical shank elevates the bowl's curvature and independence, and is accented by a wedding-band style of textured titanium for a modern and industrial contrast to the Bruyere tone of the stummel.
