About This Pipe
Based in Gueydan, Louisiana, Jason Mouton fashions immaculately manicured designs that are at once dynamic and elegantly refined. This bent Dublin is one of Mouton's more organic offerings, possessing a silhouette that immediately captures the eye. Up front, a large, expressive bowl stands atop a firm, flat heel and grows thick, insulating walls that expand into a wide, undulating, plateau-crowned rim. A tight-knit transition follows said bowl and marks the start of an abbreviated shank extended by four knuckles of bright bamboo. The dense grass furthers the shape's organic motif, and it's hues complement the stummel's terracotta-hued complexion. A crisp sandblast completes the ensemble and unveils rippling grain across the bowl's flanks.
