About This Pipe
Italian artisan Claudio Cavicchi boasts over 50 years of pipe-making experience and possesses an uncanny talent for bringing out the very best from a block of briar. His portfolio is full of evocative interpretations of classic shapes, and he is known by many artisans to have some of the best grain in the world, with even his non-graded pipes rivaling the top-tier pieces of other workshops.
With its commendable three-C grade, this bent Dublin is a fine specimen from the Italian artisan. Boasting a tall, thick-walled bowl crowned with plateau, this pipe offers ample room for some choice tobacco. The lengthy, cylindrical shank offers plenty of space to comfortably drape a digit and, in conjunction with the elegantly bent and tapered stem, promotes a relaxed smoking posture. As to be expected from a CCC-graded piece, the stummel exhibits a wealth of attractive grain, which is emphasized by one of Cavicchi's signature smooth, honey-blonde finishes.
