To celebrate our 25th anniversary here at Smokingpipes, we've collaborated with Castello on a special, limited-edition line of pipes that represent the highest echelon of the Italian firm's craftsmanship. On par with Castello's Big Line, each piece in this series is remarkably robust — the oversized proportions making an ideal canvas for the hand-carved Le Dune finish. A labor-intensive finish, Le Dune demands meticulous attention to detail and countless hours of skilled work, making it exceptionally rare within Castello's broader portfolio, especially given the size of the pipes it's dressing here.

Furthermore, each piece in the collection is stamped with the extraordinarily rare Pezzo Unico designation — Castello's highest grade. Most Pezzo Unico pipes never leave Castello, remaining in the Italian marque's private museum, which houses their finest pieces. Crafted from 30-year-old briar — older than Smokingpipes itself — the Castello x Smokingpipes 25th Anniversary series is limited to just eight pieces, underscoring the exclusivity and collectible appeal of this collaboration.
