Founded in 1969 by former Castello employees Guiseppe Ascorti and Luigi Radice, Caminetto has enjoyed years of success thanks to their unique, innovative approach that helped shape the Italian neoclassic carving style. Today, Guiseppe's grandson, Tommaso "Tommi" Ascorti, carries on the Caminetto legacy, handcrafting each pipe to perfection. This bent Dublin is one of the latest offerings from the Italian marque, and with its bold shaping and eye-catching finish work, it's an excellent example of their signature style.

The bowl of this bent Apple dominates the composition, its robust curves offering a reassuring presence in hand. Despite its curvaceous build, this is actually a fairly compact piece, measuring under five and a half inches in total length. The bowl houses a modest chamber suited for a quicker smoke, the upturned shank-and-stem arrangement offers a comfortable clench. Dressed in a craggy, earthy sandblast and adorned with a silver mount, this piece is as handsome as it is charming.
