About This Pipe
Every year, Caminetto releases special edition Event pipes, bringing back an old design and modernizing it. For 2021, the workshop honors the bent Dublin Sitter. The forward-ebbing bowl flares toward the rim from a firm heel, with a flat-bottom spur just beneath the transition, allowing this piece to sit stably. Smooth-flowing lines and precise curvature are displayed throughout this pipe as the gradually tapering shank is then met by a gold-hued, engraved band, the bright accent lending some playful flash to the composition. The stummel is dressed in a handsome, smoky walnut stain which highlights gorgeous flame grain flickering upward from the heel.
