Smooth Bent Apple (G) Tobacco Pipe

Both in line and in finish, this Tsuge Ikebana is, to put it simply, beautiful. In a very Danish style, it pairs a plump, superbly rounded Apple bowl, with just a touch more taper up to its high-set rim, with a neat transition, upward sweeping shank, and gentle down-turned stem. As you might imagine, such a supple form fills the hand quite naturally, with plenty of room for the thumb above its low-slung transition. As for the grain, well, there's a whole "G" grade's worth of finely striated flame and straight grain there — 360 degrees of the stuff with dense whorls of birds-eye filling in the gaps.
