About This Pipe

Though we might first think of his bent Apples, Volcanoes, or Cherrywood shapes when we talk about Scott's most iconic designs, there's something to be said for the way he pulls off his neo-classic straight Billiards. By broadening the taper down the aft of the bowl and shaping the transition to be rather stout, Scott creates the illusion of a subtle forward cant — something all the more emphasized by the firm heel and arrow-straight lines running down the underside of the shank. This is a fine example, finished in a warm, auburn-tinged sandblast with plenty of rippling rings undulating around the bowl.
