Smooth Blowfish Tobacco Pipe

Italy is not the first place I would usually point to for a place to look for a great Blowfish shape, but evidently that's now going to change. The short of it is, Davide here has made a Blowfish, a shape you usually don't even see from Italian artisans, that in its refinement and style could compete with anything coming out of Japan, Scandinavia, or the US. Light in hand, elegant of line, composed in its planes, welcoming in its rounded flanks... this is just a beauty: one of those briars easy to point to as an example of how pipemaking can be a matter of both art and function in equal measure. That is, in the right hands of course.
