Cornell & Diehl's ever-popular summertime Small Batch blend, Sun Bear, returns this year in a Bourbon Cask edition, featuring black mangrove honey aged for a full year in a retired bourbon barrel. Featuring a flake of 2023 Canadian Bright and 2023 North Carolina Red Virginias balanced by 2019 Thai Izmir, Sun Bear Bourbon Cask offers natural notes of oak, vanilla, and subtle bourbon warmth that complement the Virginias' sweetness and the Izmir's delicate spice. This limited seasonal release delivers a smooth, naturally layered smoking experience that celebrates the harmony of exceptional leaf and barrel-aged honey. Only 25,000 tins of this special edition have been produced, and it's available here in a 2oz tin.

You guys really need to stop review bombing stuff and actually contact Smoking Pipes (they have excellent customer service). If you can’t figure out how to Internet maybe just go support the closest brick and mortar and stop being such miserable people.

What’s wrong with this website waited hours for the website to be dead on the back end ? Never actually refreshing? I’m experiencing stroke like symptoms I’ll be back shortly thank you for you patience Ok im back from the hospital Everything almost checks out I see a lot of folks mad at the review the thing is if you’ve been into pipes at least 3 years this type of behavior is normal for C&D & smoking pipes @AAron yeah they have good customer support but this has been happening for years nothing changes so what good is boring someone over @smoking pipes on the phone point is you have these reviews because this type of stuff keeps on folks are tired of it because just like everything else you get into it’s ruined because of the money aspect if someone can purchase this and then immediately resell it for profit the average Joe can’t enjoy it everything is a subscription a limited thing a special edition etc I’m a regular guy just trying to enjoy the hobby like a lot of others A few changes would make it better for a lot of folks when doing the small batch release a lot of us just want to try the blend “But there’s plenty of other blends to try!” Yeah but C&D have nice art work and the Jeremy guy is handsome so I’m sold Wan wan...Read More

A toned down Steamworks

I was very lucky and managed to get a tin from a local shop on release day. This strongly reminds me of a more subtle, toned down, version of Steamworks. Virginia sweetness, Oriental incense and zing, with a boozy under-note. Tobacco flavor is present throughout. Given the choice I personally prefer Steamworks....Read More
