I really enjoy this type of blend. It has the notes of dark fruits that is almost a wine like character. You get this earthy, savory note as well and just a hint of spice. It definitely is worth stocking up on. Looking forward to trying this blend with age on it.

pick out each one and they all mesh well together and complement one another. I have had best experience in a Peterson system 302 it's a perfect pipe for this. The notes of figs raisins dark and stone fruit are amazing. The cigar leaf pokes through more about half way through the bole and the cavendish compliments it perfectly the Virginia perique is tasty all the way through. I could easily smoke this every day I find myself picking it first pipe lately with my coffee. Definitely a gem and I only wish it was offered in the larger tins. Cheers everyone...Read More

son blend. Lovely notes of dark fruits out of the tin. Soft and moist, yet lights and burns well throughout. Beautiful appearance. Perfect construction. Packs easily and stays together. No tongue bite. None. Light citrus blends with the earthy, lightly sweet cigar leaf, and then quickly behind are the dark fruits: figs, raisins, grapes and plums.
