A five-country blend, the Partagas Cortado features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, an Indonesian binder, and a filler blend of Mexican San Andrés leaf, Honduran tobacco from Jamastra, and Nicaraguan tobacco from Condega and Jalapa.
