Knife won’t cut butter

Grabbed this for places I’m not supposed to have a real knife. The knife itself is only sharpened on 1/2 the blade and comes dull as a butter knife.

This was a replacement for a mistake. First, the quality of construction is very good—equal to that of some of the better pocket knives I own. The scales on the handle are held on by brass rivets and the pivot pins for the blade and pick are solid. Second, it works well as the blade seems to hold a good edge, and we should note that scraping cake is going to be a challenge for even the very best of steel. It takes a reasonable amount of time to touch up the blade, and it deals with excess cake and bits of unburned tobacco easily....Read More

Equal to or better than almost every pocket knife in my collection. Fit and finish about as goo as you’ll find. Blades have good snap. The tamper is a bit small but still filly functional.
