I love these 8deco tampers. This one is all metal, so it has some nice heft in the hand. You know it's there and it feels like a quality tool. Like all the ones in this style, the vented foot allows for tamping without snuffing the bowl, the dottle pick is long enough for the deepest bowls and blunt enough that it won't scratch the cake. The spoon is incredible; you can manipulate the contents of the bowl while hot, or you can scoop out wet dottles, or do anything else you can think of. It's a versatile little tool.
