Hope it comes down to 15 dollars a tin
This is the only Virginia flake that i will make sure it is in my rotation. It’s the best virginia flake and nothing comes close to it.

Oriental Forward with topping
I cannot really get the taste nor the toppings. Love gl pease blends this one didn’t work out to me as expected. More of previous old releases of C&D where the taste is not as complex and smooth. Just second dimensional smoke where you can taste the liquorish and unpleasant oriental.

I think this is one of the great gl pease blends I would put quiet nights and horizon above this but still one of his great blends

Not mac baren HH but it’s good
Open the tin close it and let tobacco breath for 5 days. First three smokes was not good. The fourth I started to like it. I would say good substitute for MB HH but of course it’s different. Here you can taste some of the toppings initially but it’s slightly subtle and potentially would be a good cellar. This tobacco with one year or more of age will be spectacular. I find most of cornell and dihel tobaccos are somehow harsh at the beginning and gets better with some age.

Best virginia plug with no toppings
i don’t recall if i bought this from here or other web but this is the best Virginia plug you can buy period better than samuel gawith this has no casing so zero bite and the tobacco is top quality leaf

Excellent tobacco combination almost like the peterson flake in plug form with no toppings. This is a review where the production was in Feb and it was smoked in July not much time to mature. If you’re looking for cellaring virginias for long 2 years min. I would be amazed how it would turn out.

Excellent virginia
I would say not comparable to peterson flake but almost between orlik without perique and sutliff 507c if you cross these tobaccos you might get interlude one of the best virginia blends out there

Initial Take
I dont how this will age it smells heavily cased with perfume and it tastes really weird honey and melon can’t go hand in hand or i don’t taste them like others do. i opened the jar and left it open after trying one bowl just hoping the casing will settle or fade. I do regret getting this instead of fire-dance plug where i do believe the other one you can taste the cherry vanilla and the topping is just right.

Best virginia on the market
No topping 3 type of virginia and not that complex but cellar it for two years and you will have magical time smoking this everytime you smoke. It is not that complex although red virginias tend to be bitter like quiet nights is but this is totally different red virginia glad I had the chance to stack good number this year. I had only 4 tins on 2022 release this time i ended up with 30 tins :)

Great one with age
I still have some from last year release. Opened the second tin 2 weeks ago and the smell is amazing. In terms of taste wish they release something like it with straight virginia with vaper. It would truly make the best tobacco in the market.

This is the best blend
This is best spc blend after Mississippi river. The smell is outstanding and i think hint of perique will add greater strength

Good spc but
This is overall good plug easy to rub out almost like gl pease plugs in terms of moisture content. The thing is in tasting components you can taste the orientals and black cavendish more first and then the virginia and latakia comes as an after taste. The brandy apple comes as second dimension ghosted taste not so sure about its existence I can taste it some times and sometimes not. For my opinion the brandy will taste better if this was conducted with Mississippi river. next
Dan Tobacco - Hamborger Veermaster 250g
excellent
I was lucky enough to receive old produced package (2008). the nicotine was considerably medium/high from my previous experience with this blend if you have it, cellar it for a year or two. I tend to find the 50 gram tin have more flavor.

Smells like haunted bookshop
Hven't tried it yet but the smell is almost like the haunted bookshop Same proportions of virginia and burley the oriental was replaced with perique
